Responsibilities

The Contracts Manager acts as the focal point for all contractual and commercial issues during the execution of large-scale EPCI projects. They are responsible for protecting contractual entitlements, managing claims, and providing authoritative advice to senior project leadership.

Qualifications

Change Management Claim Management Communication Skills Contract Management Contract Negotiation Legal Compliance Negotiation Project Management Risk Management Stakeholder Engagement

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of project execution experience in the energy or construction industries, with at least 5 years in a contracts or commercial management role. A university degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required, along with fluency in both English and Spanish.
