Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision to a support worker team while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities. Manage service provision, including medication administration, staff rotas, audits, and the implementation of personalised support plans.

Qualifications

Autism Spectrum Disorders communication Communication Strategies (Makaton/PECS) conflict resolution learning disabilities person-centered planning record keeping staff supervision teamwork time management

Requires experience in working with people with learning disabilities or autism and a willingness to undertake relevant professional qualifications. Candidates must possess strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnights.
