Qualifications

Assessment and Review Care Planning Communication Skills Leadership Quality Assurance Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Safeguarding Staff Supervision and Development Team Management

Candidates must be experienced care professionals with a strong understanding of CQC regulations and domiciliary care environments. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is required or must be worked towards, along with a full UK driving licence.
