Job summary

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide repair and maintenance services for electrical and electronic products, including fire systems and emergency lights, primarily working remotely in designated areas. The role requires strong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on working with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services for company and third-party electrical and electronic products. Deliver professional technical support to a variety of customers, including elderly and vulnerable individuals, within their homes.

Qualifications

Customer Service Electrical Electronics Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Teamwork Testing Fire Systems Time Management Working at Heights Working in Confined Spaces

Requires an Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and a full UK Category B driving license for manual vehicles. Proven experience as a Field Engineer with specific expertise in testing fire systems is essential.
