Job summary

Lead product strategy and development for financial crime controls at a trading platform. Oversee onboarding, screening, monitoring, and case management functions. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions. Manage a team of Product Owners and drive product roadmaps, prioritizations, and performance post-launch.

Responsibilities

Set the strategy and roadmap for financial crime products, lead Financial Crime Product Owners, and prioritize delivery with Operations, Compliance, and Engineering. Improve customer and operational journeys, oversee build-or-buy decisions and automation or AI initiatives, prepare capabilities for new markets, and measure product performance after launch.

Qualifications

AML case management counter-terrorist financing customer due diligence financial crime controls fraud prevention KYC PEP screening sanctions screening transaction monitoring

Requires significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech, or compliance technology, including leadership of product managers or owners and strong knowledge of financial crime controls and AML/CTF requirements across jurisdictions. Candidates should have a record of roadmap delivery with Engineering, vendor and build-or-buy management, regulated automation or machine learning delivery, data-driven performance measurement, and senior stakeholder communication.
