Western Home is seeking a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join their award-winning team, providing resident assessments, medication administration, emotional support, and supervision of staff in a retirement community. The role requires licensure, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing resident needs, administering medications, and coordinating care plans with physicians and families. They also supervise nursing assistants and ensure the emotional and physical safety of residents within the facility.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a graduate of a state board-approved nursing school and hold a current license in Iowa. A current CPR certification is also required, along with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
