Job summary

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and post-acute care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary and post-acute medical care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living settings. Conduct patient evaluations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
