This role involves ensuring that lifting equipment such as MEWPs, HIABs, Cranes, FLTs meet safety and compliance standards under LOLER & PUWER regulations. The engineer will be responsible for delivering inspection and certification services to high-profile clients across various sectors, requiring a strong mechanical engineering background and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure that lifting gear, including MEWPs, HIABs, and cranes, meet the highest safety standards under LOLER and PUWER regulations. Act as a trusted expert delivering inspection and certification services to high-profile clients across various sectors.

Qualifications

Equipment testing Inspection LOLER & PUWER regulations Mechanical Engineering Safety Standards

Requires a minimum NVQ4, HNC, HND, or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification and a clean UK driving license. Candidates must have three to five years of post-qualification experience with discipline-specific equipment.
