Job summary

StackAdapt is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead research strategies across multiple product teams, utilizing mixed-methods studies to inform product development, facilitate workshops, and incorporate AI tools into research workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead foundational research to identify emerging product opportunities and shape business strategy through a blend of UX and market research. Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

AI integration data analysis mixed-methods research product research qualitative research quantitative research research tools development stakeholder management UX research workshops facilitation

Requires 7–10 years of applied research experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating influence on product or business strategy. Candidates must possess a blend of qualitative and quantitative research skills, domain expertise in adtech or B2B platforms, and experience working with senior leadership.
