Job summary

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Technical Authority, is responsible for regulatory compliance for LNG facilities, including ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations such as FERC, PHMSA, and USCG. The role involves technical review, supporting engineering and operational processes, managing compliance activities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure safety, regulatory adherence, and project success.

Responsibilities

Acts as the subject matter expert for regulatory compliance of LNG facilities, ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Local requirements. Leads technical authority for engineering design reviews, management of change programs, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or 10+ years of experience in LNG facility engineering or regulatory support. Must be proficient in specific regulations such as 49 CFR 193, 33 CFR 127, NFPA 59A, and ASME B31.3.
