Job summary

Senior Security Engineer - IAM lead responsible for designing, developing, and advancing the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. Support and implement IAM solutions like PAM, SSO, IGA, MFA, AD, and CIAM, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency. Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and lead IAM projects.

Responsibilities

The Senior Security Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions including PAM, SSO, and IGA to enhance the organization's security posture. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate identity processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Active Directory (AD) APIs Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) IAM Solutions Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) OAuth2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Single Sign-On (SSO)

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IAM and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Active Directory, authentication protocols, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python is required.
