Job summary

Supporting sales and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment by greeting customers, maintaining the shop floor, processing transactions, and promoting offers.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, answer questions, help them find suitable products, and deliver excellent service throughout their visit. Maintain a tidy, well-stocked shop floor, process transactions accurately, promote offers, identify upselling opportunities, and work with the team to meet sales and service goals.
