Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight, guidance, and support to licensed therapists and behavioral health staff to ensure high-quality, client-centered care. They are responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, conducting clinical audits, and fostering the professional development of the clinical team.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and possess an active independent clinical license. A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, with supervisory experience being highly desired.
