Responsibilities

Performs supportive patient care duties including ADLs, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG testing, and patient transport. Documents nursing care activities and reports findings to the registered nurse.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or GED and six months of nursing assistant experience or enrollment in a nursing program. Must complete the Capital Health UAP training program and obtain AHA Heartsaver AED certification.
