Job summary

Assist providers in patient examinations, procedures, and documentation in a collaborative primary care environment; perform vital signs, screenings, specimen collection, admin medications, immunizations, and support administrative duties.

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant will assist providers with patient examinations, diagnostic studies, and clinical procedures in a team-based primary care setting. Responsibilities include performing rooming activities, administering medications, processing specimens, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant healthcare experience. Certification as a CMA, RMA, or CCMA is preferred, and BLS authorization is required within 90 days of employment.
