Job summary

Register Nurse – Nurse Manager responsible for overseeing nursing services, staffing, training, policy revision, collaboration with medical staff, and ensuring high-quality care in a behavioral health hospital.

Responsibilities

Assists the Director of Nursing in directing all nursing services and managing the delivery of quality general and psychiatric care. Responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, and collaborating with medical staff to achieve hospital goals.

Qualifications
