Job summary

Assist customers in a retail store environment by providing friendly customer service, helping locate products, handling checkout, and participating in store replenishment and recovery duties. Responsibilities

The team member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting with product location, and processing transactions at checkout. They also perform operational tasks including truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised environment.

Qualifications

Cash Handling Cross Selling Customer Engagement Customer Service Inventory Management Merchandise Restocking Point of Sale (POS) Operations Product Knowledge Safety Compliance Store Recovery

Candidates must be at least sixteen years of age and possess the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and climbing ladders. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
