Job summary

The Senior Store Pro handles customer service, parts identification, and order fulfillment in a retail automotive parts store, requiring strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, with leadership in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous customer service across in-store, telephone, and dealer channels; identify and source automotive parts, process orders, and offer technical product guidance. Support store operations through inventory control, delivery coordination, housekeeping, opening and closing procedures, team mentoring, and compliance with operational and asset-protection standards.
