Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a primary care provider for geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities, planning and evaluating medical care. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to treat chronic and urgent illnesses while managing diagnostic testing and referrals.
