Job summary

The Senior Director of Customer Success at Cohesity is responsible for leading and scaling the customer success organization across Europe, developing strategic initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and growth through innovative use of AI, automation, and analytics, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product value.

Responsibilities
