Job summary

An Infusion Nurse II is a licensed registered nurse who coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, ensuring patient safety and compliance under a physician’s plan of care.

Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse coordinates and provides direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments in home or clinical settings. They are responsible for developing nursing care plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and have at least one year of nursing experience. A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for business travel are also required.
