Provide basic direct patient care in home or alternate infusion settings, ensuring safety, continuity, and compliance under physician plans. Responsible for administering treatments, educating patients, documenting care, and coordinating with healthcare teams, under supervision.

Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care, administers medications, and implements nursing plans in home or alternate infusion settings. They are responsible for clinical documentation, patient education, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license and current CPR certification. A minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
