Job summary

A new graduate RN resident supports patient care and clinical tasks in a specialized surgical step-down and medical unit at Cleveland Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex medical conditions and participating in a nurse residency program.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a specialty surgical step-down and medical unit while participating in a one-year residency curriculum. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, documenting care, and collaborating with a success coach to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Qualifications
