Job summary

Titan Wealth seeks an Employee Benefits Administrator to support the delivery of Group Risk and Healthcare solutions, manage client queries, support renewals, and maintain accurate scheme data in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The administrator will manage a portfolio of clients by handling day-to-day queries, supporting renewal processes, and maintaining accurate scheme data. They will also liaise with insurers and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery for Group Risk and Healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in an administration or client support role with strong organizational and data management skills. Proficiency in Excel and an awareness of regulatory principles like Consumer Duty are essential, while CII qualifications are considered advantageous.
