Job summary

Remote physiotherapy consultation service supporting Bupa Insurance Members, Occupational Health, and Corporate Customers via telephone and video. Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, deliver self-management advice, and coordinate referrals to appropriate clinicians. Requires experience equivalent to a band 6 Physiotherapist with clinical practice in MSK settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote musculoskeletal physiotherapy consultations via video and audio to diagnose conditions and provide self-management advice. Manage customer pathways and escalate complex or red flag cases to the Clinical Lead as necessary.

Requires strong experience equivalent to a band 6 Physiotherapist in an MSK setting with a history of 1-1 clinical delivery. Must hold a relevant diploma or degree and be accredited with the HCPC and CSP.
