Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with service, supports store management, handles customer inquiries, performs operational tasks, and may install vehicle parts and operate test equipment after training.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through stocking, inventory counts, and performing basic vehicle services.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
