Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and controlling assigned construction projects, including budgets, schedules, safety, and trade contractor coordination. They lead the project team in conjunction with the Superintendent to ensure timely, high-quality results while maintaining project profitability.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience.
