Job summary

Senior Product Manager responsible for strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of customer-facing payments and FX platform within the FinTech sector. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure feature alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market demands. Oversees product discovery, launch, adoption, and post-launch optimization, utilizing agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and delivery for customer-facing payments and FX platform initiatives, aligning solutions with customer needs and business goals. Lead cross-functional launches, monitor adoption and performance against KPIs, and drive optimization while coordinating stakeholders across product, engineering, commercial, operations, and control functions.

Qualifications

Agile Customer Discovery Data Analysis Market Research Product Launch Product Management Roadmap Planning Scrum Stakeholder Engagement UX/UI Collaboration

Requires 5+ years of product management experience in B2B payments, FinTech, corporate payments, or a related financial technology field, including experience with customer-facing digital products and Agile Scrum teams. Candidates should bring strong analytical, research, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools preferred.
