Job summary

The role involves defining architecture for next-generation chiplet-based compute platforms, enabling high-performance RISC-V CPUs within scalable System-in-Package solutions, managing platform subsystems, work with architecture, hardware, software, and external IP partners, and leading cross-functional efforts in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Define the architecture for next-generation chiplet-based compute platforms and high-performance RISC-V CPUs. Own key platform subsystems including PCIe, die-to-die connectivity, and confidential computing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

ATS/PRI chiplet design coherent fabrics confidential computing die-to-die connectivity IOMMU PCI Express RISC-V SoC architecture system management

Requires a degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in SoC or chiplet architecture for high-performance computing. Must have deep expertise in PCIe, coherent fabrics, and system management for server-class systems.
