Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides clinical and administrative support in a pediatric urgent care setting, including performing procedures and administering medications. They are responsible for maintaining patient care standards, assisting physicians with patient flow, and ensuring a safe, confidential environment.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare procedures IV placement Medical history taking Medication administration Patient care Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Pediatric nursing Pediatric pharmacology Vital signs assessment

Candidates must have an active state nursing license and prior pediatric experience, with preference for ER or urgent care backgrounds. Current BLS certification is required, and PALS certification is highly recommended.
