Job summary

Seeking a compassionate Neurology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive neurological care, manage treatment plans including medications, conduct assessments, and collaborate with healthcare teams in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide education and support to patients and families.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Nursing and an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. A minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care and a year of experience in Neurology is required.
