Job summary

Due to continued growth, the position of Quality Control Engineer/Clerk of Works has become available to join our successful team based in Plymouth. The role involves quality control within engineering projects, focusing on maintaining quality standards, inspecting materials, and adhering to technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess relevant quality assurance skills and experience in engineering or construction environments.

Responsibilities

The role involves serving as a Quality Control Engineer or Clerk of Works to support a large infrastructure upgrade programme. The position focuses on ensuring quality standards are met within the energy, water, transportation, or defence markets.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a civil qualification or equivalent experience and be able to obtain and retain Security Clearance. An ISO 9001 Auditor certification, HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, and a CSCS card are desirable.
