Job summary

Provide nursing services to residents in assisted living, including medication administration, assessments, care planning, and responding to emergencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and provide licensed nursing care to residents in accordance with regulations and company guidelines, including assessments, care plans, clinical tracking, and documentation. Respond to emergencies, communicate changes in residents’ health to physicians and families, consult on health concerns, and coordinate with staff and departments.

Qualifications

basic computer skills clinical documentation cpr certification emergency response medication administration patient care resident assessment teamwork

Requires training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program, a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice, and CPR certification. Candidates need at least one year of experience in senior care or a related field, basic computer skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively on a team and remain calm under pressure.
