Job summary

Hands-on production role focused on quality, safety, and teamwork within a food manufacturing environment, involving packing, equipment operation, inventory management, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Prepare and batch ingredients, operate and monitor spray-drying and powder-production equipment, and pack finished products to customer and quality requirements. Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping; report equipment issues, support basic maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience in a production, process, manufacturing, or packing environment is required, along with attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance. Candidates should follow procedures, communicate and work effectively with a team, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; food manufacturing, a counterbalance forklift licence, and maintenance experience are advantageous.
