Responsibilities

Support the wellbeing of residents by delivering personalized care in line with individual care plans. Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Care Care Assistance Development Communication Dignity and Respect NVQ3 Personalized Care Social Activities SVQ3 in Social Care Teamwork

Previous experience in a care setting is required, with an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent being desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in older people and the ability to communicate clearly.
