Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will oversee food preparation, ensure hygiene and safety standards, support team coordination during busy hours, and resolve issues in absence of management, all while maintaining high food quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently and all dishes meet high quality standards. Deputise for management and maintain strict hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen.
