Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care, assessment, care planning, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a rehabilitation hospital setting. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, discharge planning, and ensuring personalized and safe recovery processes, requiring nursing licensure and preferably experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to create personalized care plans and support safe discharge transitions.

Requires a degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification is required, with ACLS and six months of acute care medical/surgical experience preferred.
