Responsibilities

Provide coaching, consultation, and mentoring to automotive shop owners to help them improve business efficiency and profitability. Analyze existing shop practices, review financial statements, and guide members through a structured re-engineering program.

Qualifications

Automotive knowledge Business analysis Coaching Communication CRM (SalesForce) Financial review Industry expertise Management Mentoring Persuasion

Requires at least 10 years of automotive experience with a focus on shop management or operations, preferably in the independent aftermarket. Must possess exceptional coaching skills and the ability to influence business owners via phone and videoconferencing.
