Job summary

A part-time Chef will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, sustainable food and beverages at a new Bistro, ensuring safety, hygiene, and excellent service while managing costs and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

As a Chef, you will assist the Head Chef with kitchen operations, lead the team to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation, and help develop menus and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

COSHH cost control customer service food quality food safety management HACCP menu development team leadership

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, possess a Food Safety Level 3 qualification, and have strong knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP, and COSHH.
