The Senior Accountant, JV & VIE Accounting manages accounting for joint ventures, investments, and variable interest entities (VIEs), supporting monthly closes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate consolidation and disclosure. The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, experience with reconciliation, intercompany accounting, and close processes, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will manage the accounting for a portfolio of joint ventures and variable interest entities, including monthly closes and financial statement preparation. They will also coordinate intercompany eliminations, support audits, and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

Qualifications
