Job summary

The Implementation Manager leads deployment of Peregrine's AI-enabled platform for public safety clients, managing end-to-end project lifecycle from kick-off to go-live, coordinating with IT, configuring data sources, and ensuring successful, timely implementations while upskilling customer points of contact.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of public safety customers, from initial kickoff to go-live. They are responsible for directing AI agents to execute integrations, configuring data models, and ensuring timely, successful launches.

Qualifications

AI Deployment Customer Engagement Data Connectivity Network Configuration Permissions & Roles Problem Solving Project Management Stakeholder Management Technical Documentation Training & Onboarding

Candidates must have 3–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or technical project management. The role requires comfort with technical concepts like data connectivity and permissions structures, along with exceptional communication skills.
