Job summary

The Infusion Nurse provides autonomous patient care in outpatient infusion therapy, including IV insertions, administering infusions, communicating with providers, and maintaining supplies, in a clinical setting with a focus on quality care and safety.

Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse will assess patient health status and deliver infusions or injections according to prescribed protocols. They are also responsible for maintaining medical inventory and communicating effectively with referring providers.

Qualifications

ACLS certification Biologic drugs BLS CPR certification Electronic Health Records (EHR) Infusion therapy IV insertion PALS certification Patient assessment

Candidates must hold a current New Jersey RN license and have experience in outpatient infusion therapy. Proficiency in IV insertion and familiarity with Electronic Health Records are required, along with current BLS certification.
