Job summary

Support and care for older adults by assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, ensuring safety, and performing household tasks like cleaning and meal service.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and responding to emergency calls, while supporting their independence, privacy, and well-being. Help with escorts, housekeeping, laundry, meal service, activities, visitor tours, and other team duties as needed.

Qualifications

Caregiving Communication Conflict Resolution First Aid Problem-solving

A high school diploma or GED is required; CNA and First Aid certifications are preferred, along with 0–2 years of experience. Candidates should communicate effectively, support residents and families with hospitality, and demonstrate organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
