Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and provide backup support to the Club Manager. Responsibilities include training staff, managing front desk tasks, and maintaining club cleanliness and marketing efforts.

Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills along with basic computer proficiency. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
