Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care in a senior living community, administers medications, updates care plans, supervises CNAs, and reports on patient status.

Responsibilities

The LPN will develop and implement resident care plans, administer medications, and perform medical treatments while monitoring resident health status. They are also responsible for supervising CNAs and resident assistants to ensure high-quality care and effective communication with families and medical staff.
