Job summary

We are seeking a senior/principal scientist specializing in RNA therapeutics, responsible for leading RNA drug development programs, designing oligonucleotides, selecting chemistries, developing assays, and interpreting data. The role involves hands-on experimental work, technical leadership, and program management in an innovative setting.

Responsibilities

Lead RNA-therapeutics programs from target biology and oligonucleotide design through chemistry selection and in vivo validation. Build comprehensive program packages by integrating mechanism, potency, safety, and manufacturability data to drive experimental decisions.

Qualifications

ASOs assay development nucleic-acid chemistry oligonucleotide design pharmacology qPCR RNA biology RNA therapeutics RNA-seq siRNA

Requires deep hands-on experience in RNA therapeutics, nucleic-acid chemistry, or pharmacology. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to reason from target biology to sequence design and interpret complex assay readouts.
