Job summary

Assist in building maintenance, repairs, safety, and general operations of retail property.

Responsibilities

The Facilities Technician assists with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems and physical assets at the property. They are also responsible for performing custodial duties, event setup, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds are required.
