Job summary

The Clinical Nurse Educator will develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs, assess staff competencies, and support clinical practice improvements in a high-quality hospital setting.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Educator will develop and implement educational programs, assess staff learning needs, and provide clinical mentorship to nursing team members. They will also participate in unit-based huddles and clinical rounds to promote best practices and improve patient care at the bedside.

Qualifications

BLS Certification Clinical Mentorship Curriculum Development Evidence-Based Practice Healthcare Technology Leadership Medical-Surgical Nursing Nursing Certification Nursing Education Patient Care

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing and a current NYS RN license. A minimum of 4 years of recent Medical-Surgical clinical nursing experience is required.
