Job summary

A Maintenance Coordinator oversees community association operations, manages maintenance, vendor coordination, inspections, and project progress to ensure community and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Coordinate community maintenance, vendor services, work orders, inspections, and ongoing projects to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions. Communicate with residents, boards, vendors, and internal teams while supporting budget tracking, deed restriction documentation, and maintenance reporting.

At least one year of property management or facilities management experience is required, along with strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
