Responsibilities

The infusion field nurse is responsible for conducting patient visits to initiate and monitor infusion therapies in home settings. They also collaborate with the intake team and provide clinical supervision and evaluation for newly hired nursing staff.

Infusion Therapy Patient Education Patient Monitoring Phlebotomy Venous Access

Applicants must hold a valid NYS Registered Nursing License and have at least 3 years of experience in home care infusion, hospitals, or clinics. Proficiency in IV/SQIG and biologic medication administration is required, along with BLS certification.
